Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides in Alabama. The role offers full or part-time shifts with weekends, mornings, afternoons or overnight options, and a supportive environment to ensure both caregivers and clients feel cared for.

Benefits include starting pay at $13–$15 per hour with weekly pay, daily pay option, health/dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses. Prior caregiving experience preferred; background check and valid driver’s license with vehicle

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
