Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to join our team. You will provide high-quality personal care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, following care plans, assisting with ADLs, meals, transportation, and safe, dignified daily living.

We welcome enthusiastic people with compassionate hearts and will train applicants with the right mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken English and able to read/write notes in English.
• Pass a background check and a drug test.
• Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs for daily tasks.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social gatherings.
• Follow care plans and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Document daily activities and care plan progress; communicate concerns to the office.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
