Job summary

Right at Home is recruiting caring individuals in Kentucky to provide in-home assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities. You will help with daily living activities, meals, transportation, and medication reminders in clients’ homes.

The role offers various shifts, training, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference while supporting independence and comfort for clients at home.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility within the client’s home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving; medication reminders.
• Support with range of motion exercises and memory care as needed.
• Provide companionship through activities like reading or music.
