Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain records
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met
