Job summary

A compassionate senior care provider is seeking a Caregiver to assist individuals with daily living activities, providing comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and health monitoring. Candidates should have experience in senior care environments and strong interpersonal skills. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexible scheduling and various benefits, including health insurance for full-time employees. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid ID and Social Security Card required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• 1 year of experience or equivalent required.
• Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.

Skills

Experience in assisted living or senior care environments

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Proficiency in caregiving techniques

Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
