Job summary

At Peace Health Care Agency seeks compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home support for seniors and disabled adults. You will offer companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of personal care experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Background checks are required, and flexible schedules with weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing personal care.
• Proof of current TB testing is required.
• Must be physically able to perform duties.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills; mature, caring, punctual and reliable.
• Must pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily activities.
• Light house cleaning and house maintenance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting needs.
• Assist with ambulation and remind about medications.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
