Job summary
Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers in Blair County, PA to provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes. You’ll work with reliability and empathy, traveling between client homes as needed.

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation is required to travel between client homes.
- Willingness to work in Blair County as part of the service area.
- Experience or comfort with providing hands-on personal care.
- Weekend availability is a plus for scheduling flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Assist with daily activities and mobility needs (standing, walking, meals).
- Provide medication reminders and support as needed.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe, clean home environment and report concerns.
- Communicate any safety issues or escalation needs promptly.
