Job summary

TheKey in Greenville, TX is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support for aging adults. Join a leading private-pay home care provider and deliver compassionate personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in clients' homes.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $15.50–$17.00 per hour, weekly pay with PayActiv option, mileage reimbursement, benefits, and paid training. Join a supportive local team making a difference every day.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
