A leading senior home care provider in Glenview is looking for compassionate caregivers for immediate openings. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being. Candidates are expected to have at least 1 year of experience in senior care or assisted living. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k). Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour with flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in caregiving required.
• Valid ID and Social Security Card are required.
• Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status.

Skills

Experience in assisted living or senior care environments

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Proficiency in caregiving techniques

Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
