Assisting Hands Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers/CNAs/HHAs to join our award-winning team. You will provide essential in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to seniors and others needing help.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, health and dental benefits for full-time caregivers, mileage reimbursement, and paid training opportunities. Must be English-speaking, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must pass a background check.
• One year minimum experience in home or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Maintain health and safety through high-quality personal care.
• Follow an individualized Plan of Care for hygiene, ambulation, and exercise.
• Assist with shopping, errands, meals, and light housekeeping.
