CARE 4 SOUL INC in Hebron, IN, is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support families. You will help with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and safe living conditions, reporting changes to supervisors.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication. A background check and valid driver's license are preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, with training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Genuine compassion, patience and empathy for clients in need.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans as directed.
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
