Job summary

Capri Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide personal care and support with activities of daily living for residents at RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care communities. You will follow care plans, assist with mobility, meals, and daily tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment.

The role offers a weekend shift emphasis, opportunities for training and advancement, and a benefits package including a 401(k) match and paid time off. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care is preferred.
• Able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Comfort with assisting residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medication administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
