Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Basic housekeeping and safe meal preparation knowledge.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines.
• Compassionate, respectful and patient demeanor.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High ethical standards and reliability.
• Physical stamina for mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with taking prescribed medications.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility at home and during outings.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Help with prescribed physical therapy and mobility exercises.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
• Run errands and accompany clients while shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, observe changes and report them.
• Respond promptly in emergency situations.
