Job summary

Betterelief Care is seeking a Caregiver to support seniors and individuals with disabilities, improving daily living and quality of life. You will assist with hygiene, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands, while offering dependable companionship and respectful care.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, reliable, and able to follow health and safety guidelines. No formal licensing required beyond basic caregiving prerequisites; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification encouraged.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with lifting/heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and responsive attention.
• Run errands, accompany to appointments.
