ComForCare Home Health Care - North Las Vegas and Paradise is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). This role involves providing compassionate care and personal support to clients throughout Las Vegas Valley. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for helping others, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must own a vehicle and have insurance.
• Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Current TB test and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with housekeeping.
• Help clients with mobility and ambulation.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes.
