Home Helpers Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly at clients’ homes in Lancaster. Join a team that values respect, reliability, and a genuine calling to help families stay independent and safe.

Responsibilities are varied and will include light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, personal care, and following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor in caregiving.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Reliable, trustworthy and respectful of client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping as part of daily care.
• Meal preparation for clients.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Offer companionship and social support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting).
• Follow a plan of care established for each client.
• Communicate professionally with families and the care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
