Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes. You’ll help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships.

We value dependable, compassionate, professional caregivers who communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office. If you are patient, respectful, and able to follow care plans, we’d love to meet you. This role offers flexible scheduling and supportive management.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred, OR.
• At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including ~6 months full-time or 12 months part-time care.
• Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs may be considered.
• Current TB test and ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle if transporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in homes.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and transportation.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan and report changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and assist with errands.
