Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass background check as per state requirements.
• Must pass drug screen as per state requirements.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation and eating as needed.
• Provide personal care including baths, dressing, grooming, and skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweep, mop, vacuum, trash, dust, clean refrigerator and dishes.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold, and put away; laundromat if needed.
• Assist with errands: grocery shopping and medical supplies.
• Be reliable, punctual and rarely absent.
