We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to support seniors with daily activities, companionship, and a safe living environment. Prior caregiving experience preferred; drivers license and work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year professional caregiving experience preferred
• Experience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar settings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Provide incontinence and toileting assistance
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
• Follow each resident's care plan and needs
• Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team
