• Must be able to follow individualized client care plans.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for clients.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Run errands such as groceries, prescriptions, or appointments.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed, including standby assistance for bathing.
• Monitor changes in client health or mood and report to supervisor.
