Job summary

Independent Home Health is seeking caring individuals to join our growing caregiving team. No experience required; you will provide companionship, help with daily activities, and support clients in their homes.

We offer $15 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, plus a supportive team and meaningful, one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; compassionate and reliable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation expected where required.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Dependable, patient, and kind.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
