Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Vienna, VA to provide one-to-one in-home care for aging adults. Earn starting at $17.00 per hour with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Join a team that supports caregivers with training, mileage reimbursement and benefits.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist clients living with cognitive impairments, help with daily activities, and provide companionship in the safety of their homes. Caribou referral bonuses and 24/7 local support await you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other cognitive needs in 1:1 home care.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene and meals with respect.
• Maintain home safety and light housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship through conversation, activities and memory games.

Skills

1 year caregiving experience

Age 18+

CNA/HHA/PCA/NA certification

Valid driver’s license
