Right at Home Maryville is urgently hiring caregivers/home health aides for clients in the Maryville area. The role involves personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in clients' homes, with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for the job.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Willing to travel to client's home.
• 6 months of caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving the client inside their home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany the client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving and personal care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care.
• Offer companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
