Qualifications

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptions for recently licensed CNAs or PCA if providing companionship and housekeeping.
• Must be physically able to perform caregiving duties and have reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug screen; role is safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship as needed.
• Assist clients with daily activities, dressing, and personal care.
• Support clients to maintain independence and quality of life.
