Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers in Danbury, CT and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with weekly pay, plus a caregiver rewards program for referrals and additional incentives. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
Reliable transportation to and from client’s location.
Fluent in English, bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals) and mobility
Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
Communicate concerns and safety issues as needed
Respect diverse client personalities while maintaining professionalism
Be a friendly face and steady presence
