Job summary

ModivCare in Clearfield County is seeking a caring caregiver to provide in-home, one-on-one support for clients in their homes, with evening shifts from 5pm to 8pm Monday through Friday. This role requires travel up to 25 miles between client locations and reliable transportation, with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend options to fit your schedule.

Reliable transportation is required.
Ability to travel up to 25 miles to client locations.

Responsibilities

Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
Assist with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
