Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is hiring Caregivers to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives in a home-care setting. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily activities and personal care in a client’s home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping).
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support ROM exercises and dementia care.
• Provide companionship activities.

Education
