Executive Care delivers compassionate in-home support for seniors throughout the Richmond area. We’re seeking caring caregivers who can visit clients at home, help with daily activities, and monitor well-being with a kind, patient attitude.

Responsibilities include cooking, light cleaning, hygiene assistance, and companionship. Training is provided and schedules are flexible to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Our candidates should demonstrate a caring heart and ability to support seniors in daily activities.
• Prior caregiving roles or certifications are beneficial but not required; online training is provided.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain client dignity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Care for clients in their homes and monitor safety and health.
• Assist with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and games.
• Help with hygiene tasks like showering, brushing teeth and hair care.
• Provide companionship to improve the quality of life for seniors.
