Job summary

Hands of Gold Homecare in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team, delivering quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population.

We offer flexible scheduling, top pay with weekly direct deposit, health benefits, and responsive support staff. Duties include companionship, housekeeping, transfers, bathing, meals, and reporting client needs to the administrator. Training is provided and onboarding is fast.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• At least 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Housekeeping responsibilities.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation including cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance as needed.
• Assist with toileting including bedpan or toilet.
• Report unusual events to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete all duties per the Client Service Plan.
