Job summary

TheKey is hiring Connecticut CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs to support clients in Madison, Westbrook, Killingworth, Old Lyme, and Waterford. Enjoy top pay rates ($20–$23/hr), flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and a supportive team dedicated to compassionate in-home care.

You will provide essential personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance, while driving clients to appointments and handling light housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Valid HHA, PCA or CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry and organizing.
