Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in home settings. You’ll ensure safety, health, and well-being of clients, tailoring activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Requirements include 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid CA driver’s license, TB test or clear X-ray, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and HCA certification (can be obtained through us). Flexible full/part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) required.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and assist with daily activities.
• Assist with transfers, ADLs, and incontinence care as needed.
