Job summary

White Springs Senior Living in Warrenton, VA is hiring Caregivers, PCA, RA and CNA to provide daily compassionate care in our assisted living setting. Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for on-the-spot offers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year healthcare or caregiving experience.
• Pass a criminal background screening and a drug-free workplace test.
• Dementia training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor resident wellbeing.
• Assist with incontinence care and changing bed linens.
• Document resident care accurately and follow care plans.
• Communicate with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and engage residents in activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
