Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Virginia is seeking caring individuals to join as Caregivers. This part-time role offers up to 40 hours per week, competitive pay, and same-day pay, with orientation and online training.

You will drive to clients, provide companionship, assist with personal care, light housekeeping and meal prep, and help with medication reminders. We welcome CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers of all experience levels.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test and clear national background check.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license with insurance.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent.
