Job summary

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care in Thornton, PA and surrounding communities. You will offer companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders to help seniors stay safe and independent at home.

We provide flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time day, evening, weekend, and overnight), paid training, PTO and holiday pay, weekend differentials, and a supportive office team that values you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have one of the following TB clearances: 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Blood Test, Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and errands
• Support seniors in maintaining their safety, comfort, and independence at home
