KW FAMILY LEGACY LLC is seeking a Direct Care Worker in the Tempe AZ area to provide compassionate and dedicated care to individuals in need. Your role will involve personal care, medication administration, and support in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in direct care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
