Job summary

ComForCare Home Care – Duval / Jacksonville is seeking compassionate caregivers to help neighbors stay safe and independent at home, delivering companionship and practical support.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and light housekeeping, help with mobility, and be a trusted presence for clients, with flexible shifts, paid time off, and ongoing training from Brand Ambassadors. Starting pay is $16.25/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Compassionate, dependable personality with strong communication.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to pass a state background check (Clearing House Level 2).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and daily routines.
