Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking compassionate Caregivers to deliver non-medical in-home support, companionship, and assistance to clients in their own homes. You will help with daily activities and build meaningful connections with clients and their families.

As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily routines, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation coordination. Training and orientation are provided to help you succeed and grow in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent
• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes and visit information for client care plans
