Job summary

Visiting Angels in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking compassionate caregivers for the Jenkintown region. We offer part-time and full-time roles with at least 12 hours per week, flexible scheduling, day/evening/overnight and weekend shifts, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meals, reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, errands, and reporting to the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 hours of availability per week.
• CNA, HHA, DC certification or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help with errands and grocery shopping.
• Support independence and dignity; communicate needs to office.
