Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality in-home support for clients in the Springfield, MA area. You will assist with daily activities, meals, mobility, and companionship to enhance quality of life while following prescribed healthcare plans.

The role emphasizes patience, attentiveness, and the ability to work flexibly in a collaborative team environment to meet diverse client needs.

Competenze

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred but not required.
A caring demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and provide support as needed.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is advantageous.

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Help clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning in bed, wheelchair, or shower.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Monitor clients' health by checking vital signs and recording information to report any changes to medical professionals or family members.
Assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Remain patient, understanding, and supportive while interacting with clients and their families.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and support clients in following prescribed healthcare plans.
