FirstLight Home Care of Sandy Springs is hiring immediately for Caregiver / CNA / PCA / HHA roles. We offer day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts with full- and part-time options in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven and Buckhead.

Pay is based on experience, with experienced caregivers earning up to $18.00 per hour. Benefits include paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, or HHA experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available for day, evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Provide dementia and memory care support when appropriate.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Communicate with families and office staff.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
