Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Whittier is seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

We offer a supportive environment, flexible schedules, and competitive pay ($19.00 - $21.00) with direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have HCA License and be Registered with the State of California.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
