Job summary

HomeWell Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors in Indiana. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering companionship and daily living support in the comfort of their homes.

A $15.00–$17.00 per hour wage is offered with full- or part-time options, plus benefits and a streamlined hiring process. Training and advancement opportunities are available, and a supportive franchise network backs your work.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification required, CNA/HHA preferred but not necessary.
• Must have daily access to email and mobile phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship
• Assist with daily living tasks (feeding, medication reminders, bathing/dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, cooking).
• Transport to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance
