Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking caring caregivers in Southeastern Michigan to build meaningful relationships with clients and assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light exercise, transportation, social interaction, and housekeeping. Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.
• Compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded traits a must.
• Autonomous, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• CPR/First Aid certification (have or willing to obtain).
• National background check required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (car preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship with seniors and engage in activities.
• Assist with daily tasks: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Prepare snacks and meals for clients during scheduled visits.
• Encourage light exercise and maintain client activity.
• Tidy the home to keep a comfortable environment.
• Transport clients to appointments, social activities, and events.
