We value ongoing training, a respectful work culture, and a team that stands with caregivers in the field. Having a California HCA registration is preferred, and reliable transportation is important for driving clients to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiving and client-focused service.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay independent in their own homes.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and light exercises for safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and offer companionship.
• Assist with household tasks and errands as needed.
• Provide emotional and physical support to clients.
