Job summary

Dimensions Living Manitowoc is seeking a Caregiver to deliver compassionate resident care, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and daily routines with dignity and safety.

You will collaborate with nurses, dining and life enrichment staff, participate in team trainings, and support residents through shifts such as 11:00pm–7:00am (FT) or 3:00pm–11:00pm (PT/PT). Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in caregiving or related roles preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Support residents during meals, activities, and routines with safety.
• Respond to call lights and monitor health and behavior for changes.
