All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support clients in their own homes across Federal Way, Seattle, Auburn, Kent, and surrounding areas in Washington. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meal prep, companionship, personal hygiene, transportation, and other light duties as needed.

We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test
• Current CPR Certification
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working independently with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and good judgement
• Pre-employment background check completed
