Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Texas to provide essential in-home support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities, helping clients maintain independence and comfort.

The role offers hourly pay up to $16/hr, daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with compassionate, reliable individuals who have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
