Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in the United States. The role involves providing compassionate in-home care, helping with bathing, grooming and daily activities, and ensuring safety and comfort for clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, shopping and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for each client.
