Job summary

Elara Caring in Goshen, IN is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home. The role offers an hourly rate of $15.50 and a $250 sign-on bonus; daily pay is available. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, prepare meals, and help with daily tasks to improve quality of life.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification. Experience with elderly or disabled clients is preferred, plus reliable transportation and strong communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required prior to first client contact.
• Experience with elderly or disabled care preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable.
