Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Torrance, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to a diverse client base. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Photo ID.
• Social Security Card (or acceptable I-9 documents).
• TB Test (within the last year).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (Required).
• Applicants who do not bring required documents may have their interview rescheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
